Unboxing 10th birthday edition August Glossybox

With the weather not resembling summer at all, a ray of sunshine arrived when the postie delivered my 10th birthday edition August Glossybox on a rainy Monday morning.

I always think the August Glossybox is a special one as it’s the birthday edition.

As my July beauty treasures Glossybox was delayed I received an extra product in the August box.

Elemis pro-collagen marine cream (deluxe mini RRP £30, full size RRP £87)

I’m going to save this for when the weather turns colder.

This award-winning anti-ageing product is highly moisturising but ultra-light gel cream to increase hydration in thirsty skin.

ncla so rich birthday cake cuticle oil (full size RRP £13.80)

My cuticles really need some TLC so I am looking forward to using this.

This is a limited edition birthday cake scented oil – fabulous.

Steve Laurant celebration eyeshadow palette (full size RRP £23)

I love the packaging – purple is my favourite colour after all.

The shades include both matte and shimmer and are highly pigmented.

Lottie London ombre blush haze (full size RRP £5.95)

I love a rosy blush and I am really looking forward to using this once I’ve finished with the Stargazing Blush Duo from the October beauty tales Glossybox.

Josephine Cosmetics dew/you the flawless liquid highlighter (full size RRP £26.20)

I like a liquid highlighter and this one looks really gorgeous. I think the packaging is really beautiful and looks very sleek.

My overall thoughts on the July beauty treasures Glossybox

My 10th birthday edition August Glossybox arrived on time with absolutely no issues – hurrah!

I absolutely love the design of the box, it isn’t over the top but still feels special as it is a special 10th edition celebration box after all.

And I think there’s a good mix of special products within this box.

Extra product in 10th birthday edition August Glossybox

dr botanicals avocado and cucumber natural cleansing bar

This was an extra product as a goodwill gesture as my July Glossybox was so delayed in arriving.

This cleansing bar smells really gorgeous actually, very fresh and refreshing. This is a vegan friendly product and something I’ve never tried before.

I am trying to be more environmentally conscious so I am definitely looking forward to giving this a try in the shower.
