Unboxing November’s Glossybox
My monthly beauty box treat hasn’t disappointed. November’s Glossybox theme is all about the Danish life concept Hygge which is the Danish word for that cosy feeling.
With the temperature starting to drop it’s certainly good timing! There’s a great mix in the box this month – with a few make-up bits, a skincare item and a body care item – so something for everyone.
I felt that this month’s box was good value for money.
What is in the November Glossybox?
Greenfrog Botanic Natural Bodywash
This is natural, plant-based body wash. This has an unusual gentle but uplifting fragrance of geranium and peppermint.
It’s made in the UK, with organic aloe vera from Mexico, and some Ayurvedic wisdom from the Himalayas.
I think it’s perfect to sooth your skin in a hot shower after braving the cold outside.
Beauty UK Cosmetics Contour Brush RRP £6.99
I love trying new makeup brushes so I’ve enjoyed the different types of brushes I’ve received in previous boxes lately.
This brush has nice soft, short bristles which makes it perfect for blending and contouring. This is a good size for both eyes and cheeks.
Lip balm
This lip balm was specially created for GlossyBox UK. The balm is candy floss flavoured and leaves a lovely pink tint to your lips.
Perfect for the winter sun it also has SPF 15 to protect your lips.
This can be used for filling in those sparse areas of your brows with or without a brow pencil. The fine thin means you can make the perfect strokes to fill in those gaps.
Face mask
Charcoal seems to be flavour of the month for beauty products, it’s everywhere! This mask from Boots only takes 15 minutes to do its job.
Just pop it on your face, lie back and relax. It’s really easy to use and I did notice a difference with my skin.

Glossybox packaging is so cute!
I know. I’m terrible for stockpiling the boxes 😂
This looks like such a super cute subscription box and affordable too!
Really affordable 😊
The blog jealousy is real 😂 I really want to be part of the Glossy box fam so I’m hoping in the new year I’ll be able to afford a subscription 😁
Fingers crossed. It’s so worth it!!
Candyfloss lip balm? That sounds way too good. I’m sure I’d end up accidentally eating it! I love the idea of a cosy themed box x

I love the different themes. Yeah it smells incredible haven’t used it on my lips yet. I’ve got so many lip balms on the go!! 😆
This looks like such a good box! I didn’t renew my subscription as I found myself casting aside at least a couple of items from the box each month but in this box every product looks fab. I might have to reconsider. Thanks for sharing! Chloe x

I haven’t had a GlossyBox in a while but I needed a charcoal mask and they had one in your box! Will have a look at resubscribing! Thanks for this post! http://www.thewongblog.com
The mask is from Boots and I’ve used one before it’s really good and not too expensive either. I really like Glossybox and I think they’ve upped the game the last few months 😊
Oooh, I like the contents in this box, especially the lip balm (I have SUCH dry lips at the moment) and the body wash. I’m a Birchbox subscriber but I’m stopping after Christmas because the last few boxes have been a bit meh for me. I might look at GlossyBox in New Year – it’s always nice to treat yourself! x

It’s good to mix things up. The change in weather with the colder temperatures and central heating plays havoc with your skin and lips! xx
Glossy box sounds so cool!
I never got one of these when I was in the UK. When I return I’ll definitely be subscribing to it!

Neat! I’d never heard of Glossybox before this! 🙂
The lip balm sounds great! I am a lip balm hoarder, I have a tube in my purse, car, nightstand, living room, & my jacket pockets (see, I told ya). I’m loving the items of the box, maybe I need a monthly subscription box… enjoy your goodies!
I had a little sort out of my main handbag for work I had 14 lip balms in the various compartments! Ooops! xx
These look delightful! I just got a pack of activated charcoal recently and your post is reminding me to try it out on my skin ASAP.
Do it. Your skin will thank you!! 😊
That’s a box fill with useful products…Definitely worth your money…will you be doing a review of each product?
I thought so too! Maybe I’ve got a lot of posts scheduled so might do a batch one in the new year looking back at my favourites. I’ve got a lot of products I’m still using from previous boxes so don’t always use them in order!
Ok then…will be following
Charcoal face masks are cool. I find I like them😁
I think they’re great. Have already used this mask before and it’s lovely. A real treat for your face!!
I’m debating between getting a glossybox or the Birchbox subscription but I think ur post may have convinced me 🙂 the box is adorable and the products sound great!!

I’ve never had a Birchbox but a friend recommended Glossybox so tried it. Been over two years and I’m still subscribed. I really like it 😊
Oh wow! I think I might give it a go 🙂 Its always nice to look at subscription boxes during the christmas time ready for the new year 🙂
Definitely. You can even try for just a month 😊
It looks sumptuous and something I would like as a gift. This time of year I don’t buy for myself but I shall be dropping hints. Merry Christmas.
You can get a subscription as a gift so drop some hints!! Xx
Hinting underway 😉

I’ve always wanted to try a beauty subscription box but it is on a very long to do list! I love the look of Glossybox and I am super jealous you received a Candy Floss flavoured lipbalm, I had one as a teen many moons ago… from Boots I think and loved it! Sim xx
You could try Glossybox for a month and then cancel to see if you’d like it. Xx
Your glossybox must be the perfect gift box this festive season…..nice post…
I love subscription boxes! All the products look great 🙂 I have heard so much about glossy box, wish we had something similar in India.
Sounds like a great deal. I’m sure its a very attractive offer!
This looks like an amazing gift idea! Thanks for sharing it with all of us!
Some awesome products and definitely great value for money! I’ve bought Glossybox every now and then, but always cancel after a month or two…it ruins the surprise a bit but I want to look out for those really amazing boxes! x

That’s what I like that you can cancel if you want to 😊
Thanks for doing this post, I’ve always been curious about Glossy box and whether I should sign up for them myself. The contents in it look great, especially the face mask – you may have just persuaded me.
