Jumping Jax Studios Ltd VIP preview (AD)
We were invited to the VIP preview event for the launch of childrenswear and photography studio Jumping Jax Studios Ltd*.
The studio space is home to clothing, accessories, nursery decor, prints, select toys, toiletries and much more.
There’s a purpose built family photography studio where Sharna will offer sessions from bump, baby and beyond!
From our home in County Durham it took us about 45 minutes to drive door to door and we bagged a car parking space right outside the studio; which is on Front Street in Newbiggin-by-the-Sea.

Last time we were at Newbiggin-by-the-Sea was the early May Bank Holiday last year where Steve and I enjoyed a walk along the coast and some tasty fish and chips – read all about it here.
Sharna had invited some North East mama’s she’s befriended via Instagram and I made the list!
We were warmly welcomed as soon as we walked through the door by the lovely Sharna.
There was a glass of fizz for the adults, juice for little ones and a doughnut wall too by the lovely ladies from R Place – you can read my thoughts on their doughnuts here.
The space is really lovely, comfy sofas to sit down and enjoy a cuppa, lots of gorgeous clothes which are really reasonably priced and some lovely traditional and quirky toys.

I really loved all of the wooden toy sets as well as the wall height chart (must get one of those!).
The photography studio is behind a floaty curtain and is a really great space where the photoshoots will take place.

I love the different coloured backdrops which I think is a great idea.
Sharna is trying to support other small businesses within the studio and all of the items on sale are a little bit different.
There’s lots of parking close by to the studio so please do pop in, you’ll get a warm welcome!
As a thank you for attending I received this gorgeous Mama cosmetics bag which is a fab size, this will be going with me to the hospital!

Inside the Mama cosmetics bag was a fishing port in a tin (I’ve seen these before and they’re fab, perfect for when you’re travelling or visiting someone with your little one), three bath bombs and this lovely lavender flower too.

Thank you so much for a lovely afternoon Sharna we will be back once baby is here I’m sure!
I think the whole space is fab and I wish Sharna the very best of luck with this new adventure.
About Jumping Jax Studios Ltd
Behind Jumping Jax is the lovely Sharna who is a solo parent to the most awesome little dude – Alden Jax.
Since even before having Alden, Sharna had been so disappointed in so many high-street stores not offering stylish items for babies and toddlers.
So she has made it her mission to make sure that the store is a friendly, welcoming atmosphere which I think it is!
It’s pushchair and breastfeeding friendly and there’s a lovely play area with toys to keep little ones entertained too.
There is a 2-3 week turnaround on all clothing made in house.
