Hydrofacial at Beu.Beauty – review
I recently enjoyed my first Hydrofacial so thought I’d share an honest review.
I’d never had a Hydrofacial before, but when I saw that Beu.Beauty were looking for models for a discounted treatment, I jumped at the opportunity.

As someone with an oily T-zone, congestion, texture and the occasional hormonal breakout, I’m always interested in treatments that promise healthier, clearer-looking skin.
I am also not far away from turning 40, I’m much more interested in healthy skin these days than chasing perfection, so a treatment that focuses on skin health rather than quick fixes really appealed to me.
While I love a relaxing facial, I wanted to see whether a Hydrofacial could deliver visible results too.
A few months on from my appointment, I can confidently say it was one of the best skincare treatments I’ve had.
What is a Hydrofacial?
The Hydrofacial at Beu.Beauty is a 60-minute results-driven facial costing £65.
Designed to deeply cleanse, exfoliate and hydrate the skin, the treatment includes:
- Deep cleanse
- Ultrasonic spatula exfoliation
- Microdermabrasion
- Painless extractions
- Ultrasound probe treatment
- Gentle enzyme peel mask
- Cool hammer therapy
- Hydration infusion
- Targeted serums
- Skin nourishment
The treatment aims to improve skin texture, remove impurities, boost hydration and leave your skin looking brighter and healthier.
First Impressions
From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease.
The treatment room was calm, welcoming and the perfect place to switch off for an hour.

Hydro machine
Before we started, Rose spent time discussing my skin concerns, current routine and what I wanted to achieve from the treatment.
It was immediately obvious that she is incredibly knowledgeable about skincare and passionate about helping people achieve healthier skin.

What I particularly appreciated was that there was absolutely no hard sell.
Rose offered lots of advice about ingredients, products and brands that would suit my skin type, but there was no pressure to buy anything.
The focus was genuinely on helping me understand my skin better.
The Treatment
The Hydrofacial itself was surprisingly relaxing.

Despite being a treatment focused on results, every stage felt comfortable and enjoyable.

The exfoliation and microdermabrasion left my skin feeling incredibly clean, while the painless extraction process removed congestion without the discomfort often associated with traditional extractions.

One of the most satisfying parts was seeing exactly what had been removed from my skin. Equal parts fascinating and horrifying!

While the enzyme peel mask was working its magic, Rose carried out a relaxing massage across my neck, chest and décolletage area.
She also finished the treatment with a lymphatic drainage massage, which was an unexpected bonus.

Lymphatic drainage facials are hugely popular at the moment, thanks to their ability to reduce puffiness, encourage circulation and leave the skin looking refreshed and sculpted.
It was a lovely addition that elevated the whole experience from a skincare treatment to a genuinely relaxing self-care experience.

The cool hammer stage felt particularly soothing and helped calm and refresh the skin before the hydrating serums and nourishing products were applied.
The Results
The results were noticeable immediately.
My skin looked brighter, smoother and much more even in tone.

The congestion around my nose and T-zone appeared reduced, and my skin felt incredibly soft.
As someone with an oily T-zone, I was particularly impressed that my skin looked healthy and glowing rather than shiny.
In the days afterwards, my makeup sat beautifully and I left feeling like my skin had been given a complete reset.
However, what has impressed me most is the longer-term impact.
Rose gave me some personalised advice about products and ingredients that would work better for my skin concerns.
I followed her recommendations and made a few changes to my routine and, several months later, my skin has improved significantly.
The texture has reduced, my skin feels more balanced and overall it simply looks healthier.
Sometimes expert advice is just as valuable as the treatment itself.
Don’t Forget SPF
One of the biggest skincare takeaways from my appointment was the importance of SPF.

This is something Rose emphasised during our consultation, and it’s particularly important after any facial treatment that involves exfoliation.
Protecting your skin from UV damage is one of the best things you can do for your skin’s long-term health and appearance.
If you’re investing in facials and skincare treatments, make SPF a non-negotiable part of your daily routine.
Is a Hydrofacial Worth It?
For £65, I genuinely think this treatment offers excellent value.
Not only do you get an hour of relaxation and self-care, but you also leave with visibly improved skin and expert skincare advice tailored to your concerns.

If you struggle with congestion, dullness, uneven texture, dehydration or simply want a skin reset, a Hydrofacial is definitely worth considering.
Final Thoughts
I can completely understand why Hydrofacials have become so popular.
The treatment was comfortable, relaxing and delivered immediate results, but what really stood out was Rose’s knowledge and personalised approach.

There was no pressure, no sales pitch and no unrealistic promises – just expert advice and a treatment tailored to my skin.
Several months later, my skin is still benefiting from the changes I made following Rose’s recommendations, which is probably the biggest compliment I can give.
A huge thank you to Rose at Beu.Beauty for such a wonderful experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
