Unboxing October Fall Into Beauty Glossybox

Unboxing October Fall Into Beauty Glossybox

11th October 2026 0 By Rachael Stray

There’s something about October that makes me want to hibernate slightly, put on my comfiest pyjamas, light a candle and spend far too much time looking at beauty products.

So when my October Glossybox arrived with the theme Fall Into Beauty, I was very happy to have an excuse to do exactly that.

This month’s box is a lovely little mix of skincare, body care and makeup, with a few products that immediately caught my eye.

And, as always, I’m going to be trying them properly rather than just admiring them in the box!

So, what’s inside the October Glossybox?

Kanzen Skincare Hypochlorous Acid Spray

First up is the Kanzen Skincare Hypochlorous Acid Spray, which is probably the product I was most intrigued by.

Hypochlorous acid has become a bit of a beauty buzzword recently, particularly for sensitive and blemish-prone skin.

This is a lightweight mist designed to soothe, refresh and support the skin’s natural barrier.

It’s suitable for the face and body and is designed to help with redness, irritation and that generally unhappy skin feeling.

As someone whose skin can be a little temperamental, particularly around that time of the month, I’m definitely interested to see how I get on with this.

It’s also one of those products that looks incredibly easy to incorporate into a routine. Spray, let it do its thing and carry on with your day.

I’m a big fan of low-effort skincare.

Rituals The Ritual of Ayurveda Foaming Shower Gel

You really can’t go wrong with a Rituals shower product, can you?

The Ritual of Ayurveda Foaming Shower Gel contains Indian rose and sweet almond oil and transforms from a gel into a lovely rich foam when you apply it.

It contains 92% ingredients of natural origin and is designed to leave skin feeling soft and nourished.

For me, this is one of those products that turns a normal shower into more of a little self-care moment.

The Beauty Crop Glow Milk Lip Oil – Coco Charm

Next up is something for the handbag.

The Beauty Crop Glow Milk Lip Oil in Coco Charm is a hydrating, non-sticky lip oil containing jojoba oil and vitamin E.

I love a lip product that gives you a bit of shine without feeling like your lips are glued together, so this sounds right up my street.

It’s designed to enhance your natural lip colour while keeping lips soft and moisturised, so I’m expecting this one to get plenty of use.

I can see it becoming one of those products that permanently lives in my handbag and gets applied approximately 47 times a day.

Grüum Botanisk Pumpkin Elixir Oil

Pumpkin in a beauty product feels very appropriate for October, doesn’t it?

The grüum Botanisk Pumpkin Elixir Oil is a dual-use oil that can be used on both your skin and hair.

It’s naturally rich in vitamin E, linoleic acid, fatty acids, zinc and carotenoids.

For hair, you can apply a few drops to damp hair, concentrating on the mid-lengths and ends.

For skin, it can be applied to clean, dry skin or mixed with your favourite moisturiser.

I’m always intrigued by products that can do more than one job, especially when they don’t take up much room in the bathroom cabinet.

I’ll probably be trying this one on the ends of my hair rather than my oily prone skin because autumn is definitely the season when my hair starts demanding a little more attention.

GOSH Copenhagen Matte Blush Up – Dusty Rose

With the GOSH Copenhagen Matte Blush Up, you get to choose your shade preference and I went for Dusty Rose.

Some people like their blush glowy and some prefer a matte finish.

I’m definitely interested to see how this one sits on my skin because I do love a natural-looking flush of colour.

It comes in a handy tube with a built-in applicator and has a non-sticky formula designed to melt into the skin.

Dusty Rose is also exactly the sort of shade I tend to reach for.

Nothing too dramatic, just enough colour to make me look slightly more alive!

Which, let’s be honest, is often the goal.

So, what’s my verdict?

I’m really pleased with this month’s Glossybox.

There’s a good mix of products here, and I like that it’s not just five variations of the same type of beauty product.

We’ve got skincare, body care, haircare, lip care and makeup.

I’m particularly looking forward to trying the Kanzen Hypochlorous Acid Spray and the GOSH blush, while the Rituals shower gel is probably going to be the first one I actually use.

And I think that’s one of the things I enjoy most about Glossybox.

You get to try things that you probably wouldn’t necessarily pick up for yourself, and every now and then you discover a new favourite.
