No7 HydraLuminous Moisturising Foundation – review
I have been using the No7 HydraLuminous Moisturising Foundation since it was first launched last year so thought it was high time I shared a review.
After reading reviews on the Boots website I decided to purchase the No7 HydraLuminous Moisturising Foundation after devouring a lovely breakfast at Coast to Coast which you can catch up with here.
I’m a big fan of Boots and I always make sure to utlise the special offers and on this occasion I made use of the 3 for 2 offer on makeup and skincare for the No7 range as well as spending my vouchers too.
I saved a whopping £22.
I usually use the No7 Stay Perfect foundation but having just finished the bottle thought I’d give this new one a whirl.

My overall thoughts on No7 Hydraluminous Moisturising Foundation
It is lovely, easy to use and a skin flattering formula. I’ve been colour matched by No7 before and I am shade Calico.
I’ve re-purchased this foundation so I’m clearly sold on it.
Light and easy to blend, it left my skin feeling dewy with a healthy glow, while the medium level of coverage disguised imperfections effectively.
It comes in 12 shades.
Vitamin A has been added to help “firm” skin, while Vitamin C apparently helps even out tone and improve radiance. The product also contains an antioxidant complex that No7 says is designed to nourish and moisturise.
After using the foundation for months my skin did feel more hydrated than usual at the end of the day!
I find that it is great on redness, enlarged pores and delivers a gorgeous glowy finish. It also feels light on the skin and nicely moisturising, but not sticky or tacky.
I lightly powdered over the top with No7 pressed powder and found it lasted really well all day.
However, I think it’s perfect for dry winter skin and I didn’t find it lasted quite all day during the really warm period we had at the start of lockdown.
When Autumn comes back round again this foundation will be my go-to.
If you are looking for an affordable, glowy, skin-kind, medium coverage foundation that tackles imperfections whilst leaving skin looking natural, this could be one for you.
