My Little Masterpiece children’s creative competition with Sudocrem (AD)

My Little Masterpiece children’s creative competition with Sudocrem (AD)

26th June 2022 0 By Rachael Stray

My Little Masterpiece is a competition by Sudocrem designed to inspire children and their families to get creative and show them that ideas are everywhere and we’re getting involved*.

Elsie and I were kindly sent a PR package crammed full of arts and crafts bits and bobs to inspire us to get creative, as Sudocrem launch their brand new My Little Masterpiece competition.

And once we saw the contents of the box we couldn’t wait to get stuck in and get creative!

It’s no secret that I am a HUGE fan of Sudocrem, long before we had Elsie.

Sudocrem is so much more than just a nappy rash cream, it is a genuine beauty saviour and a swiss-army knife of skincare, it can be used on anything from cuts and minor burns to skin conditions and even as a face mask for problem skin.

I’ve shared all the ways I use Sudocrem as a beauty saviour previously in one of my most popular blog posts to date.

My Little Masterpiece competition

My Little Masterpiece is Sudocrem’s new campaign aiming to get children outside and boost their creativity by showing them that inspiration can be found everywhere you look from shells on the sand, leaves on the ground to clouds in the sky.

With the support of artists such as Eliza Southwood, Lucy Cran, Joy Pirkle and Bill Leslie, they’re trying to help children create their own masterpieces and give away lots of special art kits and provide schools with hundreds of pots of paint and brushes.

If you’re struggling for inspiration or need that creative spark, check out the Sudocrem School of Art hub where you’ll find handy how-to guides with step-by-step instructions.

How to take part in the My Little Masterpiece competition

Sudocrem are giving away a huge bundle which includes a £500 holiday voucher, a huge £250 Arts & Craft bundle and a year’s supply of My Little Sudocrem.

And the grand prize winner’s design will be featured as a limited edition My Little Sudocrem in 2023.

There’s loads of chances to win and 20 runners up will receive a Sudocrem My Little Masterpiece artist set.

To enter the competition, all you need to do is upload a photo of your little one’s masterpiece – it can be a painting, collage, drawing or anything creative, using the form on the Sudocrem website.

Or you can also enter via Instagram, Facebook or Twitter by using #MyLittleMasterpiece and tagging @Sudocrem in your post.

The competition closes on Sunday, 31st July at 11.59pm.

Getting creative for the My Little Masterpiece Competition

Elsie absolutely loved rifling through the contents of the box of goodies we were kindly sent.

She got stuck into the pens and paint first of all and told me she was drawing a rainbow and Peter Rabbit and his friends.

Messy play is such a great learning and bonding opportunity.

We sang I can Sing A Rainbow while drawing and Elsie could confidently tell me each colour of the pens and with help could count them all.

And we also enjoyed drawing shapes with Elsie correctly identifying squares, circles and triangles.

The current Sudocrem family includes the classic Antiseptic Healing Cream; My Little Sudocrem, a portable product for on-the-go use; Care & Protect, for the prevention of nappy rash and Sudosalve, for the treatment of broken, sore and inflamed skin.

A huge thank you to Sudocrem and Satellite PR for this lovely package.
