The Selfie Bag – review (AD)
Trying to get the perfect selfie just got a little bit easier thanks to the Cotton Bag Co and their very clever Selfie Bag.
These colourful canvas bags come in two stylish designs, black canvas with gold patterns* (which I was kindly sent to review), or natural canvas with colourful patterns.
My Selfie Bag is the black canvas with gorgeous gold patterns. It’s a great size – perfect to throw everything in for a day out.
I love the long handles which sit comfortably on my shoulder and the special pockets inside are a great added bonus.
Both designs of the bag have inner pockets that are specially designed to hold your smart phone and selfie stick and a zipped larger pocket for other essentials.
I really love the design and think it will go with everything!

I’ve already used this bag quite a lot and you can fit so much into it and the pockets inside are ideal for keeping your phone, keys and other essentials safe and secure.
I’ll be carrying my new (pre-loved) camera in this bag on days out in the future as well as taking it with me on our upcoming holiday as it will easily lay flat in my suitcase.

This is a really pretty bag! The gold design is absolutely gorgeous. A selfie bag is such a clever idea, and even if you don’t take a selfie, the bag itself is still ideal for a day out. It looks like you can pack quite a lot and the zipped inside pockets are so handy. I’m forever rummaging around at the bottom of my bag looking for things 😂. Great review Rachael 💖 xx

Thanks Bexa. You can fit loads in it – I’ve used it a couple of times for fitting a change of clothes for when I’m going out after work and the pockets are great so I can fit my phone and other essentials without rummaging to the bottom!

That’s a cool bag, but it’s really BIG! I like smaller, cross-body bags… but they probably wouldn’t fit a selfie stick.
I like a mixture of bags depending on what I’m using it for. I’m mainly using it to carry spare clothes in for when I go out after work. It’s perfect for that.
Oh that would be perfect for that or even extra books when I go on a longer camping trip, lol
Okay, so I really like the design on the bag and it does look useful..but erm…would you ever be able to use the mirror to take a selfie!? I’d feel like SUCH a pillock that I wouldn’t be able to!! 😀
I will use it for blog prop photos more than selfies I think!
I am quite intrigued, as I am quite selfie- challenged!! Does the reflector bit actually come out of the bag? This could be quite helpful for me haha!!
It’s attached to the bag but it’s quite large so you can pull it out. I think it’ll be more useful for general photos rather than selfies to refract and reflect the light.

While I have zero interest in selfies as I don’t have a face for a camera, I can see this being useful for those who like taking them. But I love the design of the bag as a bag in its own right, it’s lovely! x
